How do I upload more then 1 photo from computer to gallary?

do i have to adjust the cameras or change a setting on the computer to resize pic into smaller ones?

I use photobucket.com. There, you can upload and resize your pics and then copy them to your posts. I'm sure there's a better way, but that's what I do.
