Icon14 Live Rock

I had my tank up and then we moved and the fish died...anyway..I have had my rock sitting in the tank in the water.....without the filter, heater...power head...lights...it has been sitting for about a month.....can I bring my rock and sand back to life???? I have coralife 96w 50/50...pls help ME!!!!! also I am getting a bigger tank...how long before I can move sand and rock into it?

I would definitely imagine that there is plenty of bacteria still sitting on the liverock and in the water. However, by the sounds of it, it might be a good idea to re-cure the liverock as there would be ample die-off from poor stagnant water conditions.
