Default Bubble Algae Control

I have a 65 gallon reef tank with all kinds of coral from mushrooms to acropora and other sps coral. My tank has been running for 4 months now and im just starting to see some bubble algae appear, i never had any in the entire 9 months i had my 29 gallon running. I stay up with my water changes, 5 gallons a week. all my levels are perfect, nitrate phos etc. What is the best fish that i can buy to control this algae. I currently have a clown tang, copperband butterfly, purple firefish, yellow watchman goby, and a cleaner shrimp. I have had plenty of emerald crabs but they all grow way too big way too fast and then they wreak havoc on the tank. not to mention a pain to remove. so please has anyone had first hand experience with a good bubble algae eating fish?

Thanks, Max

Hi maximo, what do you mean, "the emeralds wreak havoc in the tank"? They do eat the bubble algae and I have never heard of them being destructive.

Hahahahahaha Crabs are crabs. Dont care what they are. Some are perfectly fine and others are...well...DEMONS! Its all up tp the crab. We can only give it our best guess.

This was my tank bout 9 mos ago just after cycling.

Meet "Troll" my emerald crab. We are no longer together. Troll was bad and I had to punish him.
