I cant think of a tank or circumstance where that lite would be at all useful

OK. Ice mans right. Over a 20 gal fish only maybe. Its just a fixture to light something to see it. Not really to feed any corals or anything like that. Fuge...yeah maybe. Only one lamp really limits you.

Carpets...definitely out. Way out...

What about a 24" 2 lamp T5 fixture? Could really open some ideas for your tank.

I wouldnt use it in a fuge either especially if its closed in.To much heat.
