Default best lighting for sump?

What is the best lighting for macro in a sump. just wondering.

unless you have an unusually large fuge 15 watts of 5700k and a cheap reflector from lowes is fine.Two of the same if its large.

My home depot special.

Reflector with a 5700k bulb. Works great.

I used to use a 23w CF outdoor flood light with an internal reflector that was 5700k. It worked much better than the standard spiral CF lights. Now, I use a 65w CF , 5100k LOA exterior flood light fixture (from Home Depot) and love it.
