Default New 125G Acrilic Reef Tank

Hello everyone,

I live in Cary, NC and I am relatively new to the hobby (about 2 years). I purchased an acrylic 125G and was wondering if someone would be interested in helping me setup a closed loop system.

The tank is drilled with 5 bulkheads and 2 drilled wholes in the back. It appears it was originally used for freshwater. I also have a 30 gallon sump and would like to setup a 29 gallon refugium.

I'm not the handiest guy in the world so if someone who has some time and would like to work with me I would be forever in your debt.

Thanks,
Dave

Dave

You are in luck!!! I am in the planning stages for my upgrade from a 120 to a 150. I plan on using a closed loop and have been trying to figure out what pump and how many returns and location and, and, and it goes on!!!
HAve in been in the Cary area long??? Have you ever heard of DownUnder??? I have a good buddy that designs and installs custom setups. Let me know what you envision your tank looking like and what type of corals you want to keep. Doing the work is easy!!!!ITs the planning thats hard!!!
