Icon5 Cromis Zombie?

SO lastnight i had to turn my light on my aquarium after it had been off for about 2 hours. When i did, my Blue Green Chromis was near the bottom of the tank and His fins looked frayed and he lookes almost a splotchy brown and white. After about 10 minutes (While i was checking my parameters to see if everything wa ok. He had gotten most of his color back and his fins looked fine. This morning when i got up and looked at him he looked absolutely normal. His fins looked great and all of his color was back and he is feeding. When i bought him he looked like some scales were missing from a very small area on his side. The area hasn't gotten bigger. but it hasn't sone away yet either.

Anyone have any idea what would change his appearance so much?

My parameters were
Temp: 78.2
Ph: 8.1
Alk: 1.9
SG: 1.024
Ammonia: .25
Nitrite: .1
Nitrate: 5

I have 3 blue green chromis and 2 of them turn a dark kind of brownish color at night. The other one does not.Just an observation but the 2 that change at night stay low and in the rock work.the other one stays high in the tank.Seems like camo.

Great... This is my first and only Marine fish, so when i saw him looking like that I freaked and started looking up diseases in my fish books. nothing seemed to fit the description. Thanks for the help.
