nice tank, i know you more than likely heard this but that yellow tang is gonna out grow that tank really quick. many people recoment at least a 75 gallon tank. but i do like your tank it is nice and clean looking. is that a scrolling monti? or just a regular ole' cap? those zoa's are fricken awseome too! thanks for sharing

as far as the cap I really don't know lol. I know at some point I'll need to move the tang I got it about 4 years ago at around 3" and he's maybe double that now. thanks for the compliments!

you're welcome, have you ever noticed your coral beauty niping at corals? I've tried 2 different ones and both would nip at mt LPS'. and what type of lighting are you running?

no I have never seen him nipping at anything. My lighting is a 250 watt MH - PFO pendant and blue line balast and 2 65 watt PC one daylight and one act. also I have a berline turbo skimmer

What a beautiful tank you have. No sign of bad algae any where. How do you keep it that clean? I am very new to reef keeping and have the red plague in my tank. Your zooanthids are fabulous too! Jeanne

Well I have had my share of algea filled tanks but I think this one is my best the key is a good skimmer and good RO water. My skimmer is rated for about 200 gal. I only do 5 gal water change about once a month

Ah ha perhaps I am changing my water too much! I do a 10 percent weekly. I have a venturi protein skimmer For a 75 gal tank. My tank is only 55 gal. Thanx for your help! Jeanne
