i was just wondering guys will it be fine
to run to 4500k light bulds from home depot to support a anemone for my tomato clownfish
will it be ablie to substaine the anemone

I don't think it will do too well under a 4500K.. Not intense enough, and probably wouldn't yield too good of PAR readings. I wouldn't try it, just for the nem's sake IMO.
