OK Onto the Megaflow assembly OK AGA Megaflow may Look Impressive. I was disappointed in the 3/4 Tubing for return which is very flimsy and bent easily out of round when cutting with premium PVC Cutter! I Might add that the BulkHeads are Barbed Hose fitting, and very cheap looking. $40.00 per MegaFlow There are a few Options in this setup, but I don't like the bulkhead options

Here is the Final Installation of one side:

Alright Installing the Sump This sometimes is a challenge and we Bought a very large sump measuring about 30" long which is almost half the size of cabinet. So looking at things from the top it looked like it might be hard to angle this puppy in there but lucky for us they gave us some Vaseline and this is what it looks like!

Sump Grease:

Ok now we have the BIO Balls Removed now what do we do with them!

I am trying to explain as much as I can as we go along. I will not deny that this is fun for me, it is! In the end it will not be me sitting in front of the tank for hours just watching things mature. I only wish that in 2000 when I started my first saltwater tank I knew what I know now. I am thankful that Sanjay has allowed me to set him up as well as we can. Also my reputation is on the line here. I wasted alot money on poor equipment through the years with my 75G When I do my next tank it will be very similar to this. Except for there are more things I will be adding that are left out of this system.

You know my answer to that question...both! PVC for most of the plumbing but tubing where PVC is not feasible (i.e., when/where needing the flexibility of tubing).

ebaer and sanjay: the spray bar is an added method of circualtion behind your LR. It's just a pump connected to a closed section of pvc with holes drilled in it. It helps keep "dead spots" from happening in the dark corners of your tank. I have one as well. It cost about 10 bucks, and I used a 40 gph PH. Sanjays system is different than mine, hence the extra pvc. The LR will hide the pvc (mostly) and will enhance the overall health of the tank. It's really a cool idea.

That smile will come when the system is running I am sure. I think he is just overwhelmed and a little worried maybe too. This is a big investment almost like buying a house. I guess it will be ok after he gets his key in the door!

We are doing more of the build tonight I'll try to get him to smile. He say's that I have been hiding from you guy's and wants me in a few pictures!

In the Mean time what's wrong with this Picture?
