| Nice setup Jester. I'm glad you posted this before I setup my 75g. Hope you don't mine, I plan on stealing some of your ideas. My 75g is similar to your 90g, it has the same in-tank overflow, lots of room in there...I was trying to think of what I can hide in there to improve circulation. Thanks for posting the idea...keep the pics coming, you probably have lots of other good ideas I could use. |

| I don't want to be alarmist, and do not speak from personal experience, but be wary of the rio pumps. Maybe they are better now, but I've heard horror stories of some of the rio pumps rupturing and leaking oils into the tank. These may be the submersible pumps, not what you are using. Many people have lost the entire system. |

| I am using a AGA MegaSump 3 or something like that it is a wet/dry system. Using this until I have time to build the Sump/Refuge that I want. I will try to post some pics of my new corals soon and will include a couple of what I have under the tank. |

| Where are these pictures we were promised?

| Oh, and I missed the second part of your question. No I did not epoxy my rock together. Thank God, I actually just rearranged my rock 2 weeks ago and what a nightmare that would have been if it was epoxied. If you what to make sure that your structure is secure, I would recommend drilling holes and using cable ties to put it together that way you can always work with it later if need be. |

| very nice tank, but you sure have a lot of fish for having the tank running for a month or at least thats what i see from when you started the thread, i also wanted to comment on the catalina goby and not too sure but i think thats a cold water species, good luck with ur tank tho |

The Catalina's are a cooler water fish (68 - 76), but with research found that they acclimate well to warmer envrionments if brought in a proper temps and raised slowly. The Catalina's were in the second stocking set (Been there for over a month), they seem to be doing wonderfully and very happy in the tank. Always on a different rock or spot in the sand. It's like playing find Waldo. Last edited by CyberJester; 09-06-2007 at 09:53 AM. |

| You know I thought that seemed a little off too so I went back and checked my dates and the tank was purchased on 6/11/2007 and the first fish purchase was on 6/25/2007. So It has been up and running a little longer then the first post. Guess I was a little lazy in posting pics of the build. |
