| The best way is use a hole saw. Start you hole on one side then finish on the other. Put water on the acrylic to keep you blade from melting the acrylic. The size of the hole you need is normally on a sticker with the bulkhead. If you decide to drill the hole with some thing else still use water to keep it cool. You well end up with a mess if you don't.
