Default Pictures of basic equipment and set up

For many people starting out even the baiscs are confusing.* Here are some pics that may help...* starting with water:* RO/DI unit sitting on top of my top off water container...* * Here is my auto top off system, valve can be closed* * a tube goes through the wall and comes out at sump level* In this photo, the black thing in the center of the sump is a float valve, it automatically opens the flow from the top of water container** Now for the overflow - this is what the overflow looks like from under the tank* * on my tank there are two 'holes' for the overflow, pvc and hoses then carry the water to the sump, the black hoses are the overflow, the white hoses in front are return hoses..the water is then returned via the return pumps and hoses*

Yeah, I can do it in the morning, even has water in it now!!! Not sure how good they will turn out, the sump is 40" long, kinda hard to get it all in one pic, but I will see what I can do.

That would definitely be possible. The plumbing crosses over more than I would like, but it is working so far, keep your fingers crossed I dont wake up to several inches of water on the floor!!!I will also post pics of the rockscaping, now that I think it's done, may still change a few things...

Just as you think it's just right, something falls, or looks wrong from another angle, or.... I'm trying to make sure I have plenty of nooks and crannys for the smaller fish, some places to put corals and different flow/lighting areas, I may need to add another big piece or two. It should be cleared up in th morning and I iwill post pics...
