Default 46 Gallon build(pics)

Well, after about a year of research i am finally getting around to building my set-up. I have a 46 gallon bowfront that I have just drilled today and added an overflow to. I drilled the return. I ordered a stand last week but the wrong color came in so I can't do anything more until next weekend. I just wanted to start this thread so I could get some advice/comments on my build. Here is the list of equip. I have so far:
20 gal tall sump.
Aqua-c remora(rio-1400)--I will be upgrading this shortly
Mag-7 return pump
Tunze 6060 stream for main water flow
Aquactinics TX-5 T-5 light
reefkeeper 2 controller
unidentified fuge--I am going to use a rubbermaid container. need stand to figure out size.

My overflow has 2 exits that I will direct one to the sump and a throttled back line to the fuge.

60 pounds of Tonga Fusion rock bought from pacific east aquaculture.

More to come...

Looks good! I'm always amazed at all the drilling and plumbing I see here, don't know where I'd start with that! Keep the pics coming when you get it set up!

I can't wait to get this tank up and running. I feel like a kid 1 week before Christmas.
I did forget to mention in my first post that I wanted to thank Nativevaman and Glampka and everyone else for answering all my questions so I could get to this point.

I pick up my stand tomorrow. I have to modify it a little since it is a rectangular stand 36x18 and I have a bowfront. I bought 3/4" oak plywood and some decorative trim to make the top. I'll be working on that hopefully tomorrow. Then once that dries I can start aquascaping. The rock I bought is sitting in a tub curing. The ammonia readings are starting to drop they have been at 8ppm for a week. tested today and it is at 3ppm. Nitrites are 10ppm and Nitrates are 20ppm.

Okay so I didn't take pictures of the assembly so this isn't much of a step by step build but here is a picture of the final product. The water is still a little cloudy but this is it.

Looking good so far. How loud is your overflow system, that is the only question that i have for you? Keep the pictures coming.

Thanks! The overflow is very quiet....I do have to extend the discharge pipe lower into the sump. The water entering the sump is very loud. I wasn't sure if the exit should be above or below the water when I put it together.

LOL....Iceman. I have been rearranging and then rearranging some more. I just aquascaped again this morning it is a bit cloudy. I tried to hide the tunze but it is just too big.

Here is a clearer shot but again it is cloudy again right now.

I am also having issues with the tunze blowing sand all over the place. I also added an ATO top off.

Hey, great looking set up! If your getting sand blown around, point the powerheads towards the surface of the water, where they just create a ripple. It helps with gas exchange as well as not blowing sand around.

Great job on your set up!

Thanks...the powerhead doestn't have a vertical adjustment. So , I am stuck with where it is. The sand is staying put with where I have it and a few strategically placed rocks. I added a clean up crew and they are doing a fantastic job.

I have a couple of pics of what I think might be coral re-growing. the pics are not that clear since I couldn't get it to focus too well in macro mode.

Some sort of green plate?

Pink spike?

Am I crazy or is that something growing?
