Default baby skunk cleaner shrimp

maybe someone has a pic of the lil guys i could see, the only one i found was of some tht were about 2-3 months old. i wa hping formsomthing a bit younger.

well im sorry for not having a pic to show you the lil guys but there jsut to small to get a good shot of them swimming in and out of the couple diff types or micro algea i have growing. I didnt by my scarlets as a pair but it seems tht may well have mated as do to the fact tht there is nothing else in the tank tht looks simialar to them. the brine shrimp tht i see scucrrying in and out of the same algea and on the rocks crawl through it, but the other things as im calling them shrimp free swim through it and every now and then land.
Ive been feeding the tnak oyster eggs and baby brine shrimp eggs, not live for the corals but it may seem tht their eating one of the 2. I noticed them swimming around about 3-4 days ago and didnt think anything of it till i looked at one the adult cleaners and noticed the eggs she/he had been carrying were gone. I put 2 and 2 together and im hoping tht they are because theres like 30-40 tht i can see.
If they dnt become food for the 2 clowns or bi-color blenny, ill post pics as soon as you can tell what they are, and you can see.

They are more than likely amphipods or copepods. This is what they look like:

yep i have those in the tank too, and the ones im talking about look just like lil cleaner shrimp. im not saying your wrong and i wish i could get a pic to post, but the biggest one tht has a white strip dwns its back is only about and 1/8 inch long and it moves around to much to get a good shot, maybe ill try.

heres a pics i got form another webs sight. the guy had the same thing happen, just one day he noticed these swimming around, not the pods. anyways im not calling you wrong but heres the link...

Skunk Cleaners have a very long larval stage with multiple metamorphis stages. Its very unlikely that larvae in the tank would survive long enough to metamorphis to adult stage, but you may have some larval stage shrimp swimming around at the moment.

Heres the breeding thread on RC, its a long read, but hes managed to get adult stage to "settle" a couple times
