Default no drilling?

is there a way i can create a sump and refuge. without drilling. i would like to use 2 pumps. one to pump the water out of the main tank into the sump below. and another one to pump from the sump back into the main tank. if using 2 pumps is a bad idea than what else could i do with out drilling

Do a search for HOB (hang on back) overflow box. They hang on the back of the tank and siphon water down to the sump. Once there, you use a pump to return it back up to the main display tank. YOU DO NOT WANT TO PUMP WATER DOWN FROM THE MAIN TANK TO YOUR SUMP or you will run into problems. Just make sure that you end up going with a good overflow box. The last thing you will want is to have a cheap one loose siphon and cause a flood.
