| What websites do you buy Corals From and why???? i personally buy from Aquatic Collection: Home AND Extreme Corals Because of the 150$ free shipping, so i can save and buy 150$ worth to make it worth it so i dont have to pay a fuel, box, and/or overnight charge, so i wont really be getting a good deal.

| Somewhere I remember there being a thread like this.... Anyway, I personally buy coral and fish from 2 places. The first place is Sea Life Inc. not only because of the low prices, bualso because of what Ken (the owner of sealifeinc) and his daughter do for the coral reefs in and around the florida area. On his site there are links to videos of them and what they do to help prevent algae from taking over the reefs. The second place I buy from is Aquarium Fish: Tropical Freshwater Fish and Saltwater Fish for Home Aquariums because of their aquaculture facility. They have an extensive research facility that goes into aquacultured specimens and making sure you and I get the very best there is. Also, somewhere I read that they will be expanding their aquaculture facility which means more aquacultured corals will be sold by them, thus putting less of a burden on the natural coral reefs.

| but when you go to live aquaria do you think its not really worth it ?? as an example if you see a coral that cost 25$ and you want it in the end its gonna cost you like 45$ with overnight and box charge i mean for that wouldent you rather request it at a LFS or save up 150$ and do a large buy to qualify for free shipping so you really dont loose any money ?? maybe i am wrong i dont no what do you think about what i just said ??

| The total was more than I should have spent. I would have to look at the other sites credit policy. The ee is opening about 13inch now, they advertised 11in but it opens larger in my tank. There was a gsp colony on the left hand edge of where the ee is now, the ee opens over the gsp starving it for light, but where the ee and the gsp meet right at the edge, the gsp have actually stung the ee. Ive moved a couple other pieces to clear space for the ee.

| I didnt expect it either, if you look at the near edge of the elephant ear you can see a couple notches where the gsp are irritating it.Not credit card policy, credit policy for dead on arrival stock. LA has 14 day live arrival guarantee, I had a dead mushroom rock in my first order and they credited it no question asked.

| I agree with David about the shipping. If you are just buyong one or two things, its not worth it to buy from livaquaria, but if your getting several livestock then the shipping is spread out. I have a lfs that wants to sell 3 green mushrooms for 60$.....yeah right! This place is way over priced. There is aother lfs about 40 min away, but like mentioned....with gas price, and I only get 14mpg, so its not really worth it.
