 ship. lr issues is it what i think My rock made it here in 2 days, but tracking says " Damaged, handling per shipper instructions"  It's in Madison but not at our apartment. Did they just hurt my rock  |

 Re: ship. lr issues is it what i think well, “Damaged, handling per shipper instructions” means something happened to it on the way to you, but they did contact the shipper on what to do about it. Hope you get it still some what alive.

| Re: ship. lr issues is it what i think There was a member here who had something like that happen and I believe they told him to keep it and then gave him a bunch of credit...... call an complain and then go to a LFS and buy a few pounds it will become live once again if it isnt anymore...if it stayed damp at all chances are it still hase life on it. | Re: ship. lr issues is it what i think +1 you are going to have to see how it arrives. If you are not happy contact the seller to get a replacement package sent out. They will usually let you keep the first batch which you can still use if you cure it properly.

| Re: ship. lr issues is it what i think fed ex said it wasn't deliverable, they wrote me back after I wrote and said they won't del. they called and had it shipped back and are sending another next Monday.  sad that they messed up the other. I don't like getting from the ocean and it dieing. I think it would have been good to allow me to get it from the local fed ex. instead it's probably drying out on the way back. i told them to hold it till monday so it's not in a whare house sitting. it was fine till madison touched it and i didn't get insurance. I'm lucky they are fixing it |
