What supplements do you recommend putting into a 75 gallon reef tank on a daily/weekly/monthly basis? I get different answers from different people, but have yet to find a happy medium for my tank. I have a uniquarium with a Marineland filter. Trying to keep leathers, soft corals, clams, and fish.

Well, you really need to just keep testing all your water parameters and just see what needs replenished in a week, two weeks, and so on and go from their. Adding supplements as you need according to the tests is the only way I would recommend adding anything. The goal is to always keep all the parameters as steady as you can, but don’t add anything you cant test for or you are asking for trouble. My tank pretty much maintains its own with all parameters just doing monthly water changes, but time to time I still add iodine and calcium as needed to keep it at the levels I prefer.

What things should I be testing? And what brand of tests do you recommend?

Any good quality test kit will do, but I use a Hagen master test kit that lets me test for about anything I would need to. Check out this link on what all you need to be testing and where your numbers need to stay.

I think you want to know this; Teast for; Calcium, Magnesium, Strontium/Molybdem and Iodine.
Alkalinity, PH and Nitrates should be kept "stable".

I think it all depends on what you want. Look at it like working out. If you want to grow mussel you need more supplements. If you al already were you want to be size wise you can do less. Now that my corals are where i want them to be i dose kalk for my calcium through my ato, and i dose iodine once a week. I also changed the color of my lighting to grow less and get more colors. When in the early stages i just did bi-weekly water changes to replace elements and dosed calcium. now i do water changes once every 4-5 weeks. I also prefer elos or salifert test kits
