Default glass anemones and tubes?

I have glass anemones all over as well just woundering if these are bad or good.Also have white fat tubes that are growing behind my powerheads with 3-4 spikes on them? I will add a pic!

The glass anemones are bad the white tubes are probly ok but not sure with out a pic

i dont see them very well but i think they are anemones. they do look like spaghetti worms but i think i see a stalk on does guys, so probably an anemone. i have something similar in my refuge but not that hairy. as long as they dont touch corals they will be ok.
