| Lighting depends on what you plan on keeping. For a 10 I would go with either T5 or PC. MH is an overkill for that size IMO. Try eBay or Aquatraders. Good luck & post some pictures when you have a chance.

| Currently we have 2 15 watt fluorescent fixtures, one has a Coral Sun Actinic 420 bulb and the other a regular daylight. Remember its only a 10g tank, and if i am assuming correctly that wattages add we have 3w/g. Will this be enough to get our live rock really cooking? And another question about circulation, can there be too much? Our penguin bio-wheel cycles 150g/hour, we also have a small rio powerhead in the tank as well (not sure of the powerheads g/hour rating). Is the powerhead overkill? The clown we have in the tank now, seems to roam the tank more when the powerhead is off, should i take his behavior to mean that the current in the tank is to strong? |

| Lighting should be adequate. If you had a high power powerhead (over 200 gph) you'd probably have too much circulation. You want enough movement in the tank to keep things suspended so your filter can remove it from the wtaer column. Clowns like to play in the current. You might want to direct the powerhead output to hit the glass & cause a swilring motion.
