Default Ammonia in Cycling tank

Hey i am cycling my 10g micro-reef tank right now, it has some live rock/sand and a percula clown. I just ran my tests for ammonia and found the results to be quite high. I know this is supposed to happen, but is there anyway i can detoxify the ammonia without getting rid of it? I have Kent Ammonia Detox, but i can find any information on if it eliminates ammonia or if it just neutralizes its toxicity. Has anyone used this supplement or know of one which will make ammonia less harmful?

If you mess with it you'll screw up the cycling process. You need to let nature take its' course
