| theres an aquarium in asia that houses two whale sharks I think it's the largest in the world and it used something like twice the worlds anual production of acrylic. i'll try to get a link |

| The wiki article is more to the point about the tank, I would look at this first then the aquariums actual website. Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium-floor info. |

| wow, i figured people would call me stupid for even thinking something like this...lol... granted, i don't have the funds, or even the pool, to even think about starting something like this... just thought that i might put a "dream" in the minds of some fellow reefers! if anyone wants to persue this idea of mine, look me up in about 10 years when its completed, and i'll come check it out! lol... you might even be able to make the money spent back! charge money to let people come and swim around for a while, let them watch the corals/fish/etc.. possibly even frag some of the corals! of course, by the time you get to that point, you'd have to have a business license, and have to pay extra taxes and stuff..lol |

| I'd hate to have to pay for all the LR!! Check out what this guy did: I just had to post this-Fish Tank-3reef Forums

| Thats a neat tank glampka. I dont think i would every set up a tank outside even if i lived in some place that winter doesn't occur. I like how some people are just up for the challenge. I would probly rather make an addition on my house than put a tank outside...but thats just personal prefference.

| I had an idea for a @ 20k round tank as the centerpiece for a restaraunt......every table gets a window. And if you cant pay your tab it to the aggressive tank lol |
