| Don't use tap water. You need to get the nutrients down. Make up your salt water using RO/DI water. If you don't have a filter then get distilled water from the store. Cut back on feeding & lighting & increase your circulation. Small water changes don't dilute them down fast enough. | Phosphates & Silicate are primary cause of red slime may want to test for phosphates. Pony up for good test kit these can be a problem. What are your water parameters?
