Does it look like this? If it does, its bubble algae. You can get rid of these by removing the phosphates from your water, either thru a Phosphate Reactor or other phosphate media removal. I just ordered a phosphate reactor for my tank and will hook it up when it comes in if you want a how to guide.

I has a problem with the RAPIDLY reproducing and growing Bubble Algae too. I was told that a Yellow Tang would eat it. I bought one the same day. It ate ALL the Bubble Algae...then ran out, and died.

That is bubble algae and you can get an emerald crab for control. They eat those but not only those so you won't ahve to worry about it dying after all the bubbles are gone. I get them once in a while and my emerald crab usually will find it and eat it.
