Default vitamin supplements

Can anyone recommend a decent vitamin additive for fish food? I am considering enriching my swimming buddies' diets.

I soak my foods 2-3 times a week in Zoe, Zoecon or Selcon, and of course Garlic...

The homemade frozen foods I prepare all include a good amount of the vitamins mixed in so I can just break a piece off and feed the crew....

Keeps them fishies healthy

Ditto Krazy K's supplements and frozen foods contains more vitamins than flake foods, but you need to feed them a variety and not just one kind of frozen food.

I make my own frozen foods, I should have wrote that, I use a mix of cuttlefish, scallops, mussels, shrump, octopus, then I mix in krill, mysid, brine, cyclopeeze, artic pods, phyto and roti-feast and of course some flake as well, mix it in the blender and wa-la, food for everything in my tank

I'll do a write up on it soon as I'm about a week from making a new batch

Wow, Keith. That sounds great. I like your selection. Please do a write up, I bet a ton of people would like to hear the details. Are you buying your food from the seafood dept at the grocery store or what?????

I get my frozen sea food from the local asain supermarket.

I get a seafood mix pack for a whopping $2.99, combined with the other stuff I already have (flake foods, mysis cubes, etc) it makes 2-3 ziplock bags of frozen food which could easily last ME (heavy feeder) 2-3 months

I will do a write up soon, I still have to start doing some fraggin lessons too, been a rough/tough couple of weeks...

Things are looking up though

No Bacardi? If no, I guess I wont dose anymore of it. Corals are doing great though.

My fish really respond to Cuervo 1800. They aren't South American cichlids either.....weird.
