 New 90 Gallon, should I use tap water I'm in the process of setting up a new 90 gallon Euro tank. The system is going to be equipped with a porflex 200 refugium, proclear 150 skimmer, dannon 12 mag pump, 100 lbs of fugi rock, 120 lbs of live sand, scwd for movement. 4 4 ft VHO combos, not sure of total k's. I lost my 150 gallon 2yr established due to Hurricane Katrina, broke my heart. Anyway, I have mixed emotions regarding the intiaial water for set-up, Tap or Established. My research, somewhat limited, hasn't resloved the matter. Any help appreciated.  |
