Fish loss

I HAVE JUST HAD A COMPLETE WIPE OUT IN MY 100 GLLON FISH ONLY TANK THOUGHT IT WAS VELVET AND TREATED ACCORDINGLY I TURNED OFF SKIMMER AND UV FOR TWO WEEKS BUT EVERYDAY FISH WERE FOUND DEAD OR DYING MY CLOWNS WERE 10 YEARS OLD ANYBODY GOT ANY IDEAS WHAT MIGHT HAVE CAUSED THIS TO HAPPEN ANY INFO WOULD HELP BEFORE I START TO RE STOCK NO NEW FISH HAVE BEEN ADDED FOR SIX MONTHS TREATED WITH ESHA OODINEX THE FISH HAD DUST TYPE INFECTION ON SKIN AND FINS WITH VERY RAPID BREATHING DID NOT LOOK LIKE WHITE SPOT.:confused:

The aquarium is 48 inches by 24x24 water depth 4 x 58 t5 lighting
a 24 inch 15x12 sump with tmc skimmer and full of living rock fx5 external ehiem proffesional breathing filter 30 watt uv fed by fx5 automatic top up from 10 uk gallon resevoir calcium reactor and nitrate filter the sump pump is an ehiem 1210 saliniy 1020 temp 78 deg F
