Default Upgrading my reef tank

Ok everyone i am rick and i love salt water fish, but really i love corals, and my reef, i have a 29 gallon in my bedroom and a 55 in my living room. I am upgrading my 55 and wanted to upgrade it to a 95 all glass wave. I currently have a 4 bulb T-5 Fixture on my 55, how much more light am i going to need for my 95 and also how do i go about starting up the new tank. the new one is going to be where the old one is now, how long does the new one have to be going before i can transfer my corals and fish into the 95? I have been in the hobby for a year and a half, and have 30 corals in my tank, as well as a convict tang, maroon clown, yellow goby, and yellow damsel, and a two foot banded eel. They all coexist perfectly. What steps should i take. Thanks for the info, in advance it is appreciated.

I have been told that if you use most of the old water from the small tank and obviously the rock and sand that you can move right away. The other option is to set up a temporary tank in a different location cycle it before the move and use as only a holding tank. Maybe move lights over for temp use on it etc...Then you can get the new one in place and cycled then arrange the new tank for permanent display.
