Can you give us some Tank specs please? Flower Pots require very intense lighting and current in the location of the tank they are placed. This coral will blow up like a balloon in the right conditions and look almost like an anemone. In fact one of my clowns hosted one for while and ruined it. So if clowns are in your tank be sure to have anemone for the clown.

Start reading up on what they eat as well! They like a good mix of food. I hope you can keep it alive, they are pretty cool!

We've got one too. My fiancee saw it and had to have it. Once it was home I started research and got the same info you did. That was about two months ago. The thing is still doing fine. I've got it on the bottom of a 135 gal tank. It's sitting under a 450W MH in a medium current. For food I use a mixture for the fish that includes cyclopeeze. Don't know if they're too big for the flowerpot to consume..... I also use either marine snow or live phytoplankton. The flowerpot is still doing ok, so we'll see what happens. Good luck and keep us informed.
