Default Question sand or bottemless

Thats all it is. im moving my 75g in to the bedroom i was thinking of getting rid of the sand and go bottomless what does everyone think about it?

IMO i think that tanks with sand look better than the bare bottom.

I think sand has lots of benefits and looks good too. I'm not sure I get the whole bare-bottom thing.

not to mention you can have more things in your tank that like the sand bottoms such as an orange spotted sleeper goby or a sand sifting star. I love mine!

Yea. Give your fish and inverts sand!!! you don't want a "pet store" feel to your fish tank. I'm sure you're friends would ask about the bare bottom, but yet, it is all up to you!

Bare Bottom does have its advantages...you can have a SPS mainly tank with lots of flow and not have to worry about the sand bed flying around

I had a orange spotted goby .. I put him in the tank .. he cleaned all my sand then dissepared.. He may be in a sand cave or something but I have not seen him in a few months (3)

The only fish I ever lost.
