Default Anenome looking deflated

Hi,

I have a bubble tip anenome that was doing great, but now has been deflated the past day or two. It has been moving around a lot and I do see waste coming from it. My clown no longer wants anything to do with it and he loved it before. Is it sick, or just going through normal routine.

Test your water, a lot of times you can tell the health of your tank by the anenome. I have see where my deflates for a few days and then moves to a new spot it likes then it just comes back. Also I notice that mine perk up after water and cleaning.

The stuff coming off of your anenome could be toxic ! Be careful, if you can quarintine it somehow I would highly reccomend that. Definitly sounds like it is sick to me.

It actually was in a movement phase and went from front to back, hooked up on back, came around front and went back to original spot. Looked very big and healthy. Today though, it is back on the move, back on the sand and going around the back. Our clown still does not want to have anything to do with it, but it seems happy with the new school of fish we got, blue green chromis'. Thanks for the info. What would be the toxic stuff coming from it. We were told that it will shrivel up and expell waste, which is what we have seen it do.
