Default Creatures in live rock

I got this live rock and noticed these two things coming out of it when I got it in the tank. The first one is extremely small and has tentacles that are about as thin as a strand of hair. The second one is a little creature that sticks it's tentacles out every so often...it has two really long ones and a few small ones. Does anybody know what these are?

the second one looks similar to a feather duster. do you have any better pics? try to look at google and find a better pic.

I looked up feather dusters before I took any pictures of it...I have something that looks like a very very very small feather duster on one of my other rocks (I had my husband try and take pictures of it but it's so small, about a mm, it won't come out in the picture...but this other looks much different. It looks like a spaghetti worm but instead of white tentacles they are a brownish red. It keeps pulling sand in its hole...?

I have some aiptasia that I'm dealing with as well. I'm thinking about getting a peppermint shrimp to get rid of them...I tried some stuff I got at the fish store...that worked on one of them but it was a hassle...the shrimp sounds much easier and if that doesn't work then I'll keep with the syringe.

Yeah, I figured I will try the shrimp...I'm hoping it will work because there are a lot of little ones in there and I am hoping the shrimp will eat them before I have to turn my tank upside down to find them all lol. Here's hoping...if not I will just have one more shrimp...I have a fire shrimp now...

Will those two shrimp get along?
