| first off, welcome to RB!!!! Now to answer your question. It is VERY common to find small feather dusters on your LR. It is most likely a Bispira brunnea. thye come in white, pink, brown and purple. they like to live together in groups, so it wouldnt be a unlikely if you have dozens more. I doubt your snail will squish it, these worms are VERY hardy and will thrive in many aquarium conditions.
