 White Dotty Build Up The back wall of our tank is the only place that we don't use the magnetic scrubber. We are seeing a build up of white dots about the size of pencil tips. It is only on the back with a little on the intakes and heater. What should we do?  |

| Re: White Dotty Build Up I could see a lot of f eather dusters in a new tank but on the glass? I will bet there pods.copopods are a good thing,the sign of a healthy tank and free fish food. |

| Re: White Dotty Build Up If they are little white sprals, you are looking at tube worms, if you look close you will see little feathers, like the dusters. These are in no way harmful to your system and easily scraped off the glass.
