Default Reef tank in basement - Moisture issues?

Hi All, I'm in the process of finishing my basement, a big part of which is setting up a 75g display reef tank with a 55g sump. I'm about 60% into the project but someone mention today that I might want to look into possible moisture issues in the basement from the tank's evaporation. My basement is completely below ground with 2 small windows. It's a newer home (3 yrs old) and I never experience any moisture issues...should I be concerned?...before moving forward, I would really appreciate some feedback based on your experiences...thanks.

if the room is open enough, and there is ventilation, it shouldn't be a problem. if it were in a smaller space, and there were less air flow, its possible to get mold in the drywall. if you are unsure, just get a med. size dehumidifier for the room.

there are also paints that prevent the transfer of moisture into the dry wall as well as inhibit the growth of mold. They run between 2 and 5$'s a gallon more and are a cheap insurance policy. With this kind of paint and maybe any kind of paint I would let it dry completely and the room air out for a few days before starting the tank as some of the bio inhibitors may become airborn and get in your tank.
