Default alge help

i have two types of alge im need help with
the first is a very short brittle hair (green) alge that when i try to rip it out it takes chunks of my live rock with it any suggs on how to deal with this

the second is a light green kinda fern like easy to pick off but keeps coming back any suggs here

You need to remove your phosphates from your water and cut back on lighting, this will help with algae control.
