Default help with trigger pods

i have purchased a 6oz bottle of trigger pods and it dosent have instructions do i just pour in my refugium or do i unplug the pump half today half tommaro thank you for all the advice

make sure there the same temp as the tank and dump them in the sump or in the tank. The pods will last longer if they go in a refuge or a sump with some live rock in it.
