this is my clown that ive have for about a year now and im still not sure what kind he is i think either a clarkii or sebae or allardi clown is what im leaning towards

It's a two banded anemonefish or black clownfish, also known as a black saddleback. You can't mix with other clowns.

i dunno cuz i looked up every possiblity and the saddleback dosent have yellow fins mine does and he has 3 stripes just the angle of the pic dosent look like it...i dunno this is why i asked cuz he could be a number of things...

My saddleback has yellow fins and looks just like yours. I will do some more research but lfs is very knowledgeable and he said mine was definitely a saddleback.

really the guy that sold my mine said a sebae for me but when i looked at marine center. com the allardi looks exactly the same do u have n e pics of yours?

Im looking at Wilkerson's book "Clownfishes" and yours looks virtually identical to the Clarkii pair on page 75. Allardi(p76) is lacking the thin white band at base of tail that makes the 3rd stripe on the Clarks.

i was looking at marinecenter and take a look at there clowns the allardi look just like mine and the clarks has a lighter tone to it more yellow Clownfish
