Default Are Mollys Reef Safe?

Ok, well after a lot of reading my wife and I would like to add 5 black Mollys to our new reef set up. They have live young all the time and would make great little food for everything that caught them. I know whey can do well in higher salinity, but did not find anything about if they were reef safe or not. Any ideas? Thanks

ok, cool. I found another forum where a guy had 10 of them in his 75 gal reef tank and said they do great with all corals and peaceful fish. They even schooled with his different chromis.

Any idea how long it takes to acclimate? Should I do a slow drip in the QT tank over 6 weeks?

No doubt drip would be best, but I just added 1/4 cup every 5 minuets for 4 hours and they are doing great.

The only thing about molly's to consider is that they seem to constantly poop and that could mess with your water parameters..

I used black molly's to cycle my first saltwater tank, they had babies twice too...
