Default Reef Safe Angel

I am looking for an Angle fish that is reef safe or mor eor less so i am only planning on keeping zoa and other soft corals in my tank no clams or hard corals... i am trying to decide between these..."sidebar" i know some of them are going to outgrow my 55 but i have a custom built 225 at my dads that will be set up when i move just before mothers day 2008 and i am goig to buy them small

1. BLUE FACE
2. EMPEROR
3. POTTERS- Why dose all the resarch seem to point to this being a very difficult species to care for. I have yet to find a definte answer as to why.
4. Flame
5. coral beauty

I really want one of the first three your input is welcome as always...

well the large angels are gonna be more "ify" than the dwarf angels but i have a bicolor in my tank and he does well. also flame and coral beauties are all somwhat ok. The thing with angels are that you never know if they are or aren't reef safe its just kinda a game of chance really. it all depends if they are eating frozen food and are completely happy with that. my bicolor i kept in QT tank untill i had him eating a few types of frozen foods before i added him and i haven't had trouble i would suggest that.

Correct! Not 100% of the time. If you really want one you roll the dice and take your chances. Coral Beauty is the best IMO. Good luck!

I dont think they are hard to keep, they just need to right conditions, lots of green in their diet, and lost of space to swim around. IMO a 55 is the smallest they should be in.
