New Tank

I am setting up a new 46 g reef , invertebrate, and some fish tank; and have ordered a seaclone PS, sub Heater , but I havent made up my mind on the Eheim wetdry 2227 any feedback from someone who has knowledge of one? I also am leaning towards a 192 watt power compact light, is this a sufficant choice? And what bulb choices are suggested?

WELLLLLL lol.......There's many choice's on lighting it really depend's on what you want to spend....If you want soft corals 4to5 watts per gallon you be ok. For sps you need 6 watts per gallon.........Filtration i wouldnt use a wet dry.I Would use a sump or and a refugium..A refugium feed's your fish and coral's.And a sump kick's butt filtration wise if you ask me..What ever you decide just make sure you turn the tank over 10 to 12x per hour!!

Brians125, man its nice to read of someone that has solid information on lighting. I think that you have a easy to explain and understand formula for lighting. I have done a lot of research and this is a good guideline. I will look for your posts in the future. Thanks.
