Hello all.....Im hoping somone can help me with what i think is a problem??
Im having Alk problems i cant keep it steady...This all started 3 week's ago when i put some phos-zorb in my sump because my phosphate's were over 10..Now it's at 0.5...You would think i have a huge algae problem but i dont..Im thinking my weekly 5 gallon water change's and my clean up crew are saving me from algae bloom's..Tank spec's are..
Tank is 9 month's old
Calcium 460
Alk 2.5 This was 3.0 a week ago
Amo 0
Ph 8.2 in am 8.4 pm
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20 due to bio-ball's
Temp is 79 and steady
Phos 0.5
Supplement's i use is a two part called C-Balance
The only thing i dont add is kalk.....SOOOOOOOOOOO it's gotta be somthing i am missing or forgetting...Tank's a ton if you can help me out i appreciate it!

My problem was Cal 460 and Alk 2.5..........So i did daylie waterchange's till my Cal lowered to 350 then i added c-balance and brought my Alk up to 3.5-Cal back to 420...
That was my fix...........
