Default Wet Web Media on Triggers and feathers

Hi guys,
I posted a question to Wet Web Media because I couldn't find answers anywhere in regards to Triggers and Feathers being a good/bad mix. I would like to say.. I am not impressed. But whatever I guess. Seems like all their answers--are under 5 words, like they are being "bothered".

So below, is what I wrong them... They replied in the <....>

> Hello All,
> <Welcome>
> Now to the questions--Currently I have a 20g FOWLR tank, 30 lbs of Live Sand, 25 lbs of Live rock, Hermits, Snails, 1 Atlantic Lettuce Slug, 1 Large Coco worm, and severel baby feathers. I would like to add a Niger Trigger.
> <... not in a 20 gallon system>
> He is only 1.5 inch body size. I know he is not meant for a 20g, I will be setting up my 220g shortly, and let it cycle, plan on adding livestock in June. So I do not believe the Niger will outgrow the 20g by then.
> <I'd wait...>
> My question-- First off, I noticed in another answer you gave, to place "toys" in the tank to keep the Nigers busy. What would you consider a good "toy" for them?
> <Rocks placed where there are holes, caves to swim into and through here>
> Also--Will the Niger be ok in with my Coco worm? The Coco's tube is about 8 inches long, and a large crown. I am assuming, (But please correct me if I'm wrong) that I will need to get rid of my Atlantic Lettuce, I do not want to do this, but if that's what it takes to get the Niger, that is what it will come to.
> <The Odonus will "sample" all... eventually, likely to death. Bob Fenner>
> Thanks for your time!!
> Stace
> Also---Will I get a reply by email? Or will I have to search the site? I am hoping an email, but either way is fine. Thanks again!!
> <Ahh, we respond directly to all>

I wonder if the short answers are not better. If they had answer you in more detail you probably would would not have liked it much better. With any research you would see that a 50 gal min. is recommend for a juvenile and no invertebrates are safe.

Bob Fenner is a very busy man, I've met him before and he is very nice. I am sure he gets lots of emails to take care of too.

I'm sorry, Stace, but it seems to me that you asked a good question and got a good answer. At RB, the group is smaller, we seem to know each other and so the atmosphere is generally quite friendly. His answers may have been concise, but they were still complete.

Ok, I have to say I am sorry, I was NOT trying to bash them at ALL!!! I was just saying that I guess my hopes were higher...maybe for an answer that my feather will be ok. I have researched them, and do know they need 50g min. I was hoping there was a loop hole in the "invertebrates" part that I could have my feather.

So anyone I offended with my comment above, I am sorry, I have gotten lots of wonderful information from them, and find the site very knowledgeable.

I guess I am just used to the WONDERFUl people here at RB with elaborate answers.

Aaaah, sometimes we need to hear what we need to hear, not what we want to hear!
