Default something wrong with my fiji leathery

my wife got a yellow fiji leathery about 3 days ago, and he is not looking to good, his base when we got him was about 3-4 incha across and his face is really large but as the days went it flopped over off a rock. I picked it up glued it to the same place tht it was becuase it seemed to be doing good there so i didnt wanna move it. Now it is all slouched over, and all its fingers i guess u would say come out but only about half as many as b4. It is curling up also. I have one in my tank and it did the same thign the first couple days but it didnt look half as bad as this one does.

Wife has a 28gal jbj hqi tank and everything else in it is doing great. Were about to do a water change becuase its the end of the cycle but i cant figure out if i should take out the leathery or give it a few more days. I dont wanna kill it if it is just stressed out and in some kind of transition phase, but man its looking bad.
Hope to get some good input thanks guys.

John

My best guess migget is that it got a little stressed from the fall and you handling it. When we handle corals I am sure you feel the slime they put out. It will need time to recover. If you have "stress-zyme" or something suitable add that to help it along. Also, a good feeding of phytoplankton should help.
