Default Up And Running

5 wks have past tank has cycled. I have add about 50 snails so far. I will be adding hermit crabs and a blenny on Tuesday.

My question is; if I add about 6 chromis is this equal to about 1 or 2 regular fish in reference to bio-load?

6 chromis are equal to 6 regular fish ... just small fish .

And i think you are supposed to go with either 5 or 7, i have seen a few times that it is better to add odd numbers.

Yes, it is better to go with odd numbers. I am not sure why, but that is what i have read over and over again.

And I think you may be able to add more than 5-7 smaller fish because your tank is so large. I definately would not add any larger fish yet though.

As long as the chromis are small in size you will be ok.
