Default What should I add first?

I have now established and cycled my tank. Is a 120 with 2 inches of live sand and about 110 lounds of live rock. What do I add first, fish or the cleaners?

Cleaners, there should be plenty of junk for them to start eating.

Cleaners, for sure! Some hermies and snails...they are pretty hardy.
