Default anyone hear anything about this light system?

AquaIllumination | Aquatic LED Illumination

seems interesting....i have 3 halides and 4 pc's...the money on electricity alone would be worth it, but wondering if the tank would have the same look...

I own one of the H4 Solaris systems. Which is vary similar, they do not look they same as the Hylides. They look much dimmer then the Hylides, but, acording to PFO the producers of Solaris it still produces an equal or greater PAR value because it puts off almost all of its light in the Blue spectriums and hardly any in the yellow and Reds like Hylides do.

The one thing I really love about my system is that I can ajust the intensity of my white and blues to give me anywhere in a range from 6500 to 20000 Kelvin.

Hey Jeremy, how long have you had the solaris up and running? Have you noticed any differences between this light fixture and your last one (whatever it was)?
