Default Brown Spots on Live Sand

Does anyone know, what are these red spots on the live sand?? The tank has been cycling already 3 weeks with only live rock and sand. Please help!!! Is this dangerous ? Whats going on?

I tried to attach a picture, but couldnt find out how to upload to URL, dont have any idea. Can somebody help me onthat please, how do you upload?

This is part of the cycling process. I would adjust your powerheads to point in that general direction.

I would guess that you have to just wait a little longer. This is the time when you can expect things to look bad. Its a normal cycle. Just give it time. Like they say in reefing, everything good in the tank takes a long time and everything bad happens instantly.

Could be the start of your diatom bloom, it is the first of many blooms you'll weather and is a part of the new tank process as has been said. Just wait until your cyano bloom and hair algae. good luck to ya.
