Default cleaner crew?

I posted a thread stating that I am beginng to see some brown groth on some of my live rocks. someone suggested that it might be diatom bloom, and told me to Get yourself a clean-up crew, that should help & check phosphates.
My wustion is my tank is only been up for4 and 1/2 weeks ..is it safe to add these right now or should I wait for a couple more weeks?
once again thanx

If you are getting a diatom bloom, it is prolly ready to have a small clean up crew in there. Diatoms are a sign of good tank (other then maybe a little high phosphate).
